Q;// How do you contact us?

Q;// When will I receive my order?

A:// We ship from the San Francisco Bay Area within 2-3 days of your order being processed.  We will provide you a USPS confirmation once we ship the items. 

 

Q;// Can I send to another address?

A:// Yes, please indicate your desired shipping address, however- note we cannot split to multiple locations for one order.  

 

Q;// Do you ship internationally?

A:// YES!  We now ship internationally, please refer to our Shipping page.  

 

Q;// What if it’s a gift item?

A:// Please indicate in the ‘Notes’ section at checkout and we will not include the price/total on the invoice being sent.  Your recipient can use that invoice for any exchanges/returns.  (Returns can only be in the form of Store Credit)

 

Q;// Do we do gift cards?

A:// Not at this time, but we will be offering it soon!

 

Q;// How do I track my order? 

A:// You will receive the tracking # once your item ships.  

 

Q;// What form of payment do you except? 

A:// We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express & Paypal.  

 

Q;// I don’t see size or it says sold out?  Is there anything you can do? 

A:// We love hearing your feedback on anything we are missing or what you want more of!  Just email us and we’ll do our best to get back to you!

 

Q;// What if I want to make a return/exchange?  

A:// We’re sorry it didn’t work out, but we are happy to help make this an easy process.  Please see here for directions on how we can make it right!

 

Q;// Do I need an account to place an order?

A:// No, it’s optional- you can complete the order as a guest.  However, if you sign up with an account- you will be the first to know about future releases as well as pre-order! +if you indicate your child’s birthday, he/she will receive a special birthday month surprise! 

 

Q;// Do we offer free shipping?

A:// Yes! For all domestic orders greater than $100, shipping is on us! [does not apply to expedited shipping]  Also, we provide free shipping on all international orders greater than $150.  

 

Q;// Can we order things not in stock?

A:// Unfortunately, our inventory is dynamic and will not allow you to order ‘out of stock’ items.  But please email us at aswellclothing@gmail.com & we will let you know as soon as the items become available again.  

 

Q;// What do I need to know about the print?

A:// Each garment is printed by hand and individually inspected.  You may see minor inconsistencies a.k.a. each piece is special!
