Returns & Exchanges

We believe in our products, so if you’re not satisfied we will gladly return/exchange any item with the following limitations:

  1. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the initial ship date
  2. Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  3. All discounted items are final sale.

How to make a return/exchange:

Email us for a return authorization stating order number and return reason.  Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase.  We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking or insuring packages.  Please note that exchanges are available based off of in-stock items.  We are not responsible for packages that get lost/fail to arrive.  Once we receive/process your return, we will issue a refund/exchange & confirm via email.

Please allow 2–3 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return/exchange to be processed. We will ship your replacement item at no additional shipping charge. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders that qualified for free shipping will have shipping costs deducted before refund.
